Pros

Remote start and scheduling work well and are a popular feature.

Cons

Unreliable app performance: slow, clunky, and prone to errors or freezing.
Remote start reliability is inconsistent and some remote features are sometimes disabled to save battery.
EV charging controls are limited: no ability to control charging, few charging locations, no 100% charge option, and missing charging error notifications.
Feature regressions in newer versions: removed useful features like Zone Lighting and Pro Power Onboard; older version was better.

most glitchy and unreliable app I have ever seen. screen freezes or makes me login for no good reason. The app developers can learn a bit or two from Tesla on the ease of use
