2026-08-31	Ka*****	Since the latest update it has been so frustrating. I am working on a photo book. I sign in and some photos have been rotated just the odd one here and there so you have to hunt of it. Then today I signed in and all the photos have been removed. The layout and the words are there but no photos. I've spent 2 hrs trying to put it all back together. Hope things get better.

2026-08-30	El*****	I have created a few books using the app and they turn out so nicely. There are times when it doesn't appear to update but if I leave and return to my project, the update is there.

2026-08-26	Re*****	I have placed several orders with Shutterfly taking advantage of their deals and specials. I made a large print order, and accidentally shipped it to an old address. A Shutterfly representative helped me re order the prints and gave me a huge discount to receive them even though it was my fault for choosing the wrong address.
