This app is terrible. Never stays connected, must be on top, open and phone screen on to receive calls, won't run in the background. Once of the MOST FRUSTRATING pieces of my job. I'd give this negative stars if I could.

Terrible app. There were times I would call a number and it would route me to a number in New York, the same number every time! I'm sure the guy on the other end was very annoyed. Other times, it would completely boot me off the network and I would have to restart my phone to get it to work, multiple times a day. Force stopping the app did not work. So glad I don't have to use it anymore. The said they sent my issues to the engineers but it looks like this has been going for years.

Neutral: app has plenty of cons and pros. It took several months to make it work (provisioning faults) on our Premises version, mostly struggling with Fortigate dmz config and internal traffic routing to communicate with server vm. Once we got it working, it was more or less worth the effort. The app has useful productivity features that users will like. On the other hand, Mitel partners and Mitel itself don't want much to do with Mobility, nor improve on it. Patience and IT expertise a must!
