2021-11-03	*****	I have only had frustrating experiences with this company since they were sold last year. When I call, takes over an hour to talk to them. And its 3rd party service now so they just leave feedback for the company and they don't really know the systems. I'm told to leave feedback on the backoffice for the co. to make changes. Feedback button doesn't even work for me. Agent, though nice, couldn't get it to work either.... Hardware and software are slow and outdated in my opinion. Going to square

2021-10-15	Pa*****	Totally a waste of time to call for help regarding the Clock Punch Error message. This was part of an update installed on 10/7, which is when the Clock Punch stopped working. They have no plans to fix it. Good Luck everyone fixing it yourself.

2020-05-23	An*****	I'm leaving a review here, because it seems they turned off reviews on their main page, likely due to numerous terrible reviews. This is by far the worst register system I have ever used, and I've used many. CONSTANT problems. Terrible and very expensive hardware that must be purchased from Shopkeep directly at a premium. Their so-called 24hr support is a complete waste of time and ALWAYS tries to point the finger at ones network, ones router, etc (even when the speed tests are within their requirements). We replaced our entire network in an effort to get the register system to work better, no change. They never recognize a problem with their own terrible system, and if they do, there's nothing they can do about it. Their customer support is an outsourced, and scripted, waste of time. I cannot say enough bad things about this ShopKeep The removal of reviews from their app page speaks volumes. BEWARE

2020-05-17	Ma*****	Absolutely sucks, I wouldn't use the shopkeep system to save my LIFE hate this S#!+ It never reads card correctly and half the time it doesn't even let me take the order this system is POS in more ways then one I would definetely reccomend toast point of sale system, so even if toast may seem expensive, it is SO worth it

I have contacted support many times for them to say "cannot get it to duplicate." Funny worked before.. They then try every excuse in the handbook of screen scripting there is. Sent a video in to show what happens. I used to say was the best app ever for small business. Now I would say avoid at all cost. Find a system that actually cares about its customers.
