2026-07-20	P *****	I downloaded this app to replace one that was no longer supported. It seemed like it would be a good replacement, but in reality this app falls short in several big ways. This app is extremely slow to update and does not have an option to force update the info. The info on the app versus what the carrier displays is often wrong with the app being behind. I find that I have to navigate to the carrier website just to get up to date tracking info which defeats the purpose of this app. Don't bother.

2026-07-10	Je*****	I don't want to connect it to my email so I use the manual function. The app doesn't seem to be as well informed as the shipping site itself. I often go there after checking this app if the information doesn't feel accurate.

2026-07-02	Ke*****	I've used package tracking apps for 8+ years and this one is decent and would've been a keeper to replace my current one. However the inability to edit a package is surprising. Something basic like that should be easily doable instead of having to delete and redo. Uninstalling and I'll try again next year maybe.

Status tracking is laughable, I received a package and the status still showed 'pending' because the status never updates, even when you force a refresh. Avoid this privacy dumpster fire.

2026-04-08	Br*****	This app does NOT "automatically" pull the shipping tracking numbers from eBay items as it claims! I have been rounds & rounds with customer service over this issue and getting tired of doing the work of the app for them by manually creating the tracking # in the app. When the app does decide to create a package from eBay, it is using the transaction # and not the tracking # like it's supposed to. It's a programming issue at Shippity not a user issue. If you order from eBay- do NOT use this app!
