Users praise Shippity for centralized, easy multi-carrier tracking and a clean interface with naming and multi-package support. However, reviews repeatedly note reliability and feature gaps: updates can be delayed compared with carrier sites, there is no email-based tracking or manual data entry, occasional errors and rate limits hinder use, and adding new items via barcode often fails with 'information not available.' Some features (export/import history) are missing. Overall, strong organizational tools are offset by inconsistent data syncing and limited input options.

Recent reviews

I downloaded this app to replace one that was no longer supported. It seemed like it would be a good replacement, but in reality this app falls short in several big ways. This app is extremely slow to update and does not have an option to force update the info. The info on the app versus what the carrier displays is often wrong with the app being behind. I find that I have to navigate to the carrier website just to get up to date tracking info which defeats the purpose of this app. Don't bother.

I don't want to connect it to my email so I use the manual function. The app doesn't seem to be as well informed as the shipping site itself. I often go there after checking this app if the information doesn't feel accurate.
