I live in a third-floor apartment, and I have clearly indicated on my shipping details that I would like the parcel to be delivered to my door. However, the delivery agent left a note saying that I was not home, even though I was in my apartment at the time. I am very disappointed with the service that I have received from Shipa delivery. Worst experience.
