2024-09-05	Ah*****	The app needs improvements. Some countries are not even in the timezones, and the +/- GMT hours are only displayed on the website not the app. this led me to schedule a session at the wrong timezone and I couldnt attend.

When trying to open the app it either infinitly loads or show connection error message despite having a perfectly good connection. Please fix this so we can continue our therapy sessions as this problem prevents reaching our doctors.

2023-09-24	Ay*****	Currency exchange fees were deducted without any notice and so many unnecessary fees on any payment type. The app takes so long to load and needs restarting way too many times.

2023-07-05	Sa*****	The application has been intolerable for the past 10 days It just keeps on loading After every click you need to wait until it loads I have been trying to book an appointment for the past couple of days but can't since the app has been on just loading mode.

2023-05-20	Wa*****	I was unable to access the session due to my travel and the intransigent policy of the app. The session was booked from Egypt two days before the appointment date. I was acces the session from outside Egypt as per my unplanned travel. I didn't allowed to access and technical support team asked for a very high price difference to allow my enter (from 400 pounds, which is equivalent to 13 dollars, to 45 dollars, which is equivalent to 1400 pounds). They even refuse to reschedule it for me.

Very bad calling quality during the session , connection has stopped many times while the net connection is good , the app closed so many times during the call , I paid with Vodafone cash and transfer the money for the number I paid for it in the previous time after I transferred the money they said they changed the number and I lost my money they refused to refund me while the old number wallet connected with their company and i paid for it in previous sessions many times
