First off, 11/14/24 was a very busy day- almost the first time for your company to EVER respond to the MANY 1 star reviews over the years. This app is constantly (MULTIPLE times while trying to do ONE workorder) crashing and I then have to log back into Smart PM. It seems that everytime I need to use it, I have to do an update. The pics dont upload when I complete job..a week later when I have to use this Dreaded app again...there they are. Can't get full 4' section in narrow isles. Costs me$

Driveline Retail Merchandising REQUIRES this app for some of our stocking projects, but it NEVER WORKS!! I've tried NUMEROUS TIMES to get this to work, and it NEVER DOES!!!WE ARE LOSING MONEY AND WE ARE FRUSTRATED!! FIX IT OR DITCH IT!
