5 stars for the functionality and service provided, 3 stars for the app experience; the app feels clunky and slow. Some of the clunky examples: pressing back sometimes exits the app rather than navigating backwards to where I was, and when scrolling on a vertical list (like viewing a shef's menu) there's unnecessary width padding - making the scrolling feel distracting, esp since it also stretches the sticky header. Please update the UX to feel more native 🙏

Twice my food was not delivered. The delivery service took a picture of my door with no food package in the photos and said it was delivered. In discussion with shef customer service, they sent me the photos. I had to point this out to the customer service person. The photos had no food packages. There are too many headaches dealing with this app that I canceled the service. Got refunds for the missing food that the delivery service said was delivered.
