2024-12-10	Su*****	I downloaded the app and nothing works. Tapping any icon nothing comes up. Deleted the app then reloaded still nothing and to think I signed up for a subscription . Not good 😐

2024-01-22	Se*****	App not working at all, loaded read the Ts and Cs and then got to the home page and literally can't click anything which is just pointless. Shame because app sounds like it will be beneficial if it actually worked

2023-09-28	gi*****	I understand edit history can be read so I've left it. I cannot express how amazing these guys are. If you need support in the catering business or care home or hotel, use this app. And the guys at the end of it are human and brilliant. Thanks for your ongoing amazing support ❤️

2023-03-03	Je*****	Handy, but there's room for improvement. It would be better if there was a way to link it to a desktop to be able to work from both devices. It gets a bit tiring to have to maximise and minimise to fill all your documents online. It's good for temperature input, but if you need to fill in procedures, you need more time with the documents and be able to fully focus on what you are doing while seeing the whole page. Doing it on a mobile just isn't very effective and takes loads of your energy.

This app enables me to use more words and explain things more than I would normally be confident to if I had to use a pen and paper. Cannot rate this app enough and the customer service

2022-03-07	Da*****	As we all know, the (necessary) admin around support for your 5 star rating is enormous...this app really saves the day! So easy to use and means your information is always at hand. The daily diary and temp checks are a godsend. And the support from the team is first class - always prompt and courteous. Highly recommended by us and approved buy the local council hygiene team!

There is some room for advances in reporting, especially when running a chain of shops. We haven't had an inspection yet so can't comment on local authorities take on the reporting side.
