SGL CONNECT is a versatile mobile app designed for Sabarmati Gas Limited's PNG and CNG customers. It supports domestic, commercial, and non-commercial segments, allowing users to link multiple accounts under a single user ID and choose from multiple language options. Users can request new gas connections, submit and track service requests with online payments, view and download gas bills, and access billing and payment history for the past 24 months.

The app also enables easy complaint submission and status tracking for both gas and CNG issues, provides FAQs and safety tips, and allows account owners to add guest users by invitation. Additionally, customers can locate CNG stations and customer care centers via Google Maps integration. SGL CONNECT enhances customer service through technology, offering a seamless and convenient gas service management experience.
