You can look at your bill, but can't download the PDF. That means you can't print it. If I can't download the bill on my phone, then I have to use a PC to do it. That makes the app useless to me. Huge oversight by the developers!

I really like that the water department app is simple and easy to use. Everything u need from water to trash recycle is right there easy to find. It's very user friendly.
