2024-06-24	Ni*****	Despite all the poor reviews that made me biased about the app, I decided to try it, thinking it might be a scam. I didn't have any problems with my phone but wanted to add extra protection. It took about 3 minutes to take the pictures and complete the entire process. A day later, I received an email, and my plan was activated. I don't know about all these negative reviews, but my experience was flawless. Thank you.

After submitting the required photos and info, my Samsung care was verified within a day. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews because my experience was great.

2024-05-03	Ke*****	Haven't decided if the app and/or Samsung Care+ is a scam or dysfunctional. I purchased a contract, downloaded the app, followed instructions & took pictures and submitted. A day later, receive an email saying pictures do not show IMEI...they did. No way to resend pics in the app once activation is initiated. Instead, they requested I send a no more than 20 MB video by email. Ended up asking for refund & sticking with Verizon care. Can't imagine filing an actual claim with this company. No thx.

You have to purchase a protection plan on your device by taking pictures of it, and Samsung won't be able to assess the condition of it anyway. It doesn't matter how clear your pictures are. It won't be so bad if they accept the photos and when you want it fixed, they just say, "That was there when you registered for the plan, so we cannot fix it." They will annoy you into wasting your time sending videos or straight up cancel your plan.

2024-04-09	Am*****	this app is awful!! it won't take me to the right screen to put the activation code in!!! it keeps sending one to my email. I already have to code I need to put in, and it won't let me put it in.. This is an update from my last review! I have been able to figure out the problem and activate my and my husband's phone plans. I will say I think they should be a little more helpful and explain things a bit better to their customers when they purchase the extended warranty.

2024-04-01	Ty*****	I ended up not being able to register my phone, customer care told me to wait 48 hours and it would work. App is terrible tried to take a picture of my imei on 3 different devices didn't work on any of them customer care said my 3 devices had defective cameras, and told me to get another device, I used two different 24 ultras and a galaxy tab 9 plus I have until the end of the day today to register it so looks like I'm not getting the Samsung care. Should probably get a new app cause this sucks

Yeah, good luck trying to make a 25mb video to email. I sent pictures instead and they wanted a video. The video I sent wasn't good enough when I actually got it to send. At that point I emailed and said return my money and I will stick with Asurion through Verizon to cover me. If it takes this much to get coverage I'd hate to see if my phone actually needs a fix

So last night, I sent the video, and to my relief at 6:30 this morning, I received an email stating my plan had been activated. So, I upgraded my review from one star to three stars because it's evident there are some issues with the initial process but was provided a quick alternative solution.
