Serenipay, an assistant associated with a dedicated payment card which allows you to verbalize the different stages of your card payment during your purchases in store and to display them in large size on your smartphone: transaction amount, entry or error of the confidential code.

Good to know: The speaking and viewing functionalities are only available for contact mode with insertion of the card into the payment terminal and entry of the PIN code.

How to connect your payment card to your application?

Remember to activate the Bluetooth functionality of your smartphone in order to benefit from the advantages of your payment assistant.
• Connect your card by placing it at the top of the back of your smartphone
• Personalize the application according to your needs: text-to-speech reading and/or display of payment steps on the screen of your smartphone
• Activate your card payments as usual by a withdrawal or a payment validated by entering your confidential code.

Free download and access to the application, excluding communication costs depending on operators. Requires possession of a compatible smartphone with Internet access. Use of the Serenipay application is subject to subscribing to the Payment Card Contract for the Serenipay offer (reserved for capable adult individuals) with one of the Regional Banks participating in the Pilot, to acceptance of the General Conditions of use and the Personal Data Protection Policy.
