2026-08-07	Pr*****	Worst experience! We booked a Thar, got an XUV700 instead, and only got the Thar after 3 days. On the due date, with zero warning calls or messages, they remotely locked our car at 9 PM while we were traveling with kids. We got stranded in a basement. Customer support demanded extra daily payments before unlocking. We had to abandon the car and take a cab home. Zero safety, terrible communication, and pathetic service! Do not use.
