Worst service. Looting the customer. Sent the car other than booked one with lot of defects. Charged 15 times on broken duplicate door handle. Received security money 50% after 2 months that too after 100 times reminder. No customer respect at all. Never respond to the customer calls. Book car here for life's worst experience. Negative ratings.

As such Just Drive is providing good service but last booking experience was bad as the car got breakdown on the way and came to know from their office that car was previously also had similar problem. They take 5000 deposit from us then they should take extreme care of their car before hand it over to customer. Moreover every time asking for so many documents in original which is a tedious process. And this is to be done every time we hire a car, preferably it should be a one time like KYC.
