Upon returning the vehicle,their executive accused me of damages,exaggerated the issue by shaking the bumper,and pressured me to pay immediately while holding my original documents.Despite agreeing to bumper painting charges,they overcharged me,as confirmed with the car repair shop,and refused to provide a proper GST bill.They also misled me about the Fastag recharge process and refused to refund the balance.I haven’t received my security deposit,and they stopped responding. Pathetic service.

Support from Wow cars was great. Good condition of cars were given. Only thing is no charging port on the car that I have taken. That should be checked by the team. Overall good experiance.
