2025-01-26	Ja*****	Worst experience I had ever with car rental company. 1. They won't refund your deposit on time 2. They don't schedule maintenance of car. 3. They change car drop off locations. 4. They don't handover or takeover the cars on time. 5. Cars that are provided will not be in good condition. 6. Customer calling team will not assist you and just keep repeating words like usual (sorry and unfortunately). Without solution. 7. Will not recommend anyone for this application.

2025-01-22	ME*****	Hi don't subscribe to this car rental. Worst experience. Comprehensive insurance will not cover missed scratches, only specified on Police Report. The company auto deduct so many charges on your card but can reinburse immediately for they will use your money for other ventures. Total of 65 days (1 month for active days of rental, another 30 days for maturity date for you to claim the deposite and another 5 business days) Full of false reassurance.

This amount is unreasonable, does not fall under the category of property damage, and was deducted from my credit card without prior notice or consent. I claimed but they charged me excessive amount my experience is really bad
