Worst company, too many hidden charges. Hire directly from their suppliers. They are biggest scammers beware. They hold your deposit and impose penalty fees for payment of Salik and traffic fines even if the rental is ongoing. Also they don't respond after receiving the money it has been the same experience of me and all my friends and we have reported them to DSO authority

30 working days waiting period for holding my security deposit and another 5 days to process the refund that is ridiculous and unacceptable. you dont state that in your Terms and conditions only find it out after you return your car.
