Your data remains stored locally on your device. Propivio does not require an account or cloud connection for normal use. You stay in control of your property records.

Propivio Free lets you manage up to two active properties. With an optional Propivio Plus annual subscription, you can manage unlimited active properties and use the available Plus features. If the subscription ends, additional properties are archived rather than deleted.
