2026-06-30	Lo*****	can anyone help me to speak to alive agent for customer service at sears please since the numbers I have take me to speak to an AI, I requested for a technician come and diagnose my fridge. he did May.19,2026 . from this date to know each week my appointment get canceled and rescheduled just giving the round rounds. I did pay more than half of what he was going to charge.

2026-06-10	Ja*****	It is asking for me to sign in and then telling me my email address is wrong. Explain to me how this can be when I am logged into your website using the exact same email address? This service is terrible, technicians ghost you after you take the day off to let them in your house. DO NOT GIVE SEARS YOUR BUSINESS. They are not the company they once were.

2026-01-24	Ed*****	My Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra keeps reporting that this app keeps crashing. might explain my battery draining very fast since I installed this non working app a day or two ago. Was trying to order replacement parts for my craftsman snowblowers. I'll just use AMAZON. Thanks a lot, SEARS. (-1 🌟)
