It is asking for me to sign in and then telling me my email address is wrong. Explain to me how this can be when I am logged into your website using the exact same email address? This service is terrible, technicians ghost you after you take the day off to let them in your house. DO NOT GIVE SEARS YOUR BUSINESS. They are not the company they once were.
