24 Hours: Time Budget

Your day is 24 hours. 24 Hours: Time Budget helps you spend them on purpose.

Unlike a to-do list — which pretends your time is infinite — 24 Hours makes you budget your actual day. It is time-blocking that is honest about limits: give each goal a slice of your 24 hours, then tap to start its live countdown as you do it. Only one timer runs at a time, so you always see the real trade-off — time spent here is time not spent there.

WHY 24 HOURS IS DIFFERENT
• A time budget, not a to-do list. You have 24 hours; allocate them deliberately.
• One live countdown at a time — see where your day actually goes, second by second.
• Designed around time blindness. If hours disappear on you, watching one countdown run is a different experience from reading a list of tasks. Many of the people this was built for describe themselves as time blind, including plenty with ADHD.

HOW A DAY WORKS
1. Pick a starter plan — Balanced Day, Workday, Student, Fitness Reset, Weekend or Deep Work — or build your own goals from scratch.
2. Tap a goal to start its countdown when you begin that activity. Tap again to pause.
3. At midnight the day archives itself and every timer resets to full, so tomorrow starts clean.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Allocate up to 24 hours across the goals that matter: sleep, deep work, exercise, study, family, hobbies, recovery — anything worth protecting.
• One-tap start and pause. Time keeps counting accurately even when the app is closed or your phone is locked.
• Set per-goal weekday schedules — a work goal that only appears Monday to Friday, a long run only on Sundays.
• Review Trends to see your consistency over time, per goal and per day.
• Edit a past day if you forgot to stop a timer.
• Share a day card, or export your whole history as CSV.
• Choose light, dark, AMOLED and colour themes.

WHO IT IS FOR
People who finish the day unsure where it went. Anyone protecting sleep or focus time against everything else competing for it. Shift workers and students whose week is not the same seven days repeated. It suits you if the problem is not remembering what to do, but seeing what it costs.

No account required. No ads. No analytics. Your goals, timers, history and preferences stay on your device unless you choose optional Google Drive backup. Core tracking works fully offline — no connection needed, and nothing to leak.
