SCRIIN GoFaR

GoFaR (Jointly Arranged Physical Activity on Prescription) helps children and young people who exercise too little to find the joy of movement and a more active lifestyle.
The method is based on the individual's needs and wishes. Important people in the child's network - for example, family, school staff and leisure leaders - contribute with<br>support and motivation for regular physical activity.
The school nurse is usually a central person in GoFar. In some cases, other school staff can also have the role, and are then called Go-persons.

The purpose of SCRIIN ​​in GoFar is primarily to be able to follow the children's physical activity over time, both during school hours and in their free time.
The SCRIIN ​​meter and app can also be used as motivation for the child to move more.
