I help my elderly Mom remotely with this app. Trying to walk her through getting back on the app after this update was a nightmare. I feel for the people who have to help non-techsavvy users deal with this update.

This is not working for me . My blood pressure is up. It is not right when you cannot control your own banking at all. I am states away. I am sick of this every year.
