Sckools: School Management App

Sckools is a school management app and school ERP for parents, teachers and students. One simple app for attendance, homework, fees, results, timetable and school notices.

Sckools is the school app for families and teachers at schools that use Sckools. Your school creates your account and gives you your login.

FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS
• Attendance — see each day your child was present, absent or late, month by month.
• Diary — read the teacher's notes and sign them in the app.
• Homework — the assignments set for the class and when they are due.
• Tests and results — upcoming tests and marks.
• Timetable — the day's periods and teachers.
• Notices and holidays — school notices and the holiday calendar.
• Fees — see what is due, pay your school by UPI or bank transfer, send the payment details to the office, and keep your receipts.
• Messages — write to your child's teachers.
• Library and sports — books you borrowed, and your sports house.
• Complaint box — raise a concern with the school and follow its replies.
• More than one child? Switch between them in one tap.

FOR TEACHERS
• Take attendance for your class in a few taps.
• See your periods for the day.
• Write the class diary, set homework and enter marks.
• Post notices to your classes.
• Reply to messages from parents.
• Apply for leave and see your balance.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY
• Report or block — report a conversation to your school, or block it, from inside the chat.
• Delete your account — from Profile → Privacy and account.

NOTIFICATIONS
Get a notification when there is a new notice, diary note, message, result or fee update.

IMPORTANT
This app works only for schools that use Sckools. There is no sign-up in the app: your school creates your account. If you have not received your login, please contact your school office.
