2026-08-11	St*****	This app sucks. I am constantly signed out and when I need to sign back in, passkey sign-in doesn't work. If I have to tab out to get a code, it times out and I have to start over. App is essentially unusable.

2026-08-11	Ji*****	So I have been locked out of my account because I no longer have access to my old phone number or my email address and spent hours trying to resolve it on your website but unable to login because I don't have access to my information and you have ignored me on live chat with no answer?!. this will be the second account now that I will have lost because of this BS. you have went from being a company that I have enjoyed since I was a teenager but now your more than horrible!.

2026-08-11	Al*****	It was okay but I tried to change my profile to something else and locked me out, I put my password and it said it was locked? still can't get it to unlock, so I unstalled it, I wouldn't use this app, needs some work, please fix it!!
