ScanPlz is one account for every restaurant, cafe and shop that uses ScanPlz. Scan the QR code on your table to see the menu and order, collect stamps and points every time you visit, and find offers and places near you.

Scan and order
Point the camera at the QR code on your table. The venue's menu opens with photos, prices, choices and add-ons. Add what you want, place the order, and it goes straight to the kitchen. Follow it live from pending to ready, order another round without leaving your seat, and cancel a round if plans change. No camera? Enter the code by hand.

Stamps, points and tiers
Every place you visit can run its own loyalty program. Collect stamps on a digital card and see how many are left until your reward. Earn points, climb tiers, take on challenges for bonus rewards, and spend points on vouchers from the reward catalog. Your full points history is always there.

Offers and places near you
Browse promotions from venues around you, sorted by distance, and redeem them at the counter. Discover places nearby, see their tables, counters and spaces, and open their menu before you go.

Reserve a table, order ahead
Book a table or a space, then pre-order your food so the kitchen starts before you arrive. Some dishes are only available by pre-order. Your booking and pre-order live together under Reservations.

Event passes
Invitations and event passes are saved on your phone. Show the pass at the door.

Feedback that gets a reply
Rate a visit or an order, add photos, and get a reply from the team in a thread you can continue.

One account, every place
Sign in with email, phone, Google or Facebook. Browse offers, discover places and scan menus without an account; sign in when you want to order, earn or reserve.

Available in English and Nepali. Light and dark mode.

ScanPlz works at venues that use the ScanPlz platform. Ordering, loyalty and reservations are provided by each venue and may not be enabled everywhere.

Permissions: the camera is used only to scan QR codes; location is used only to sort offers and places by distance, and everything works with a fallback location when it is denied.
