ScanBy turns paper into a clean PDF, then lets you sign and annotate it on the same phone. No account and no internet needed for the core features. The core is free, extras are available as optional in-app purchases.

• ScanBy camera with document edge detection, or use "Scan with Google" if you prefer

• Compress a PDF to a target file size you choose, for example to fit an email limit
• Password-protect PDFs on export. If you forget the password the file cannot be opened, and ScanBy cannot recover it

• Seasonal colour themes
