Capture documents in Single or Batch mode. Use Single mode for one-page scans and Batch mode when you want to capture several pages and combine them into one PDF. You can also import existing images instead of taking new photos. Choose from different scan resolutions to balance image quality and memory usage.

REVIEW AND IMPROVE YOUR SCANS

Review captured pages before saving. Rotate and crop pages, apply filters, or use Smart Erase Area to clean unwanted marks or distracting regions. When working with an existing PDF, return to individual pages for page-level changes. Retake or remove pages when necessary and keep the final document arranged the way you want.

EDIT AND PREVIEW PDF DOCUMENTS

Open saved PDFs inside NoteScanner and move through pages with clear page-number feedback. Pinch to zoom when you need a closer look. Use Draw and Highlight to annotate supported documents, and use editing tools for crop, rotation, filters, text, Smart Erase, and eSignature work.

USE PRACTICAL PDF TOOLS

Create PDFs from images, import existing PDFs, merge multiple PDFs into one document, or split large PDFs when you only need part of a file. Split every page into separate PDFs or extract a selected page range into a new PDF. Convert PDF pages to images when an image format is more useful. Useful for assignments, forms, reports, receipts, and everyday documents.

ADD AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

Use eSign to draw a signature and place it on a PDF page. Adjust the signature size with a simple slider, reposition it where needed, and choose a signature color. Save the finished PDF and share it while preserving the document's actual file name.

KEEP YOUR FILES ORGANIZED

Manage documents from the Files area with folders, tags, search, sorting, rename, move, copy, delete, and share options. Organize files by course, project, client, document type, or any structure that fits your workflow. Keep scanned documents and imported files easy to find.

BUILD RICH NOTES WITH NOTEPAD

NotePad brings different kinds of content together inside a note. Add text, lists, images, drawings, audio recordings, PDF files, PPTX files, and additional notes. Reorder notes and note items manually with drag-and-drop so your content follows the structure you prefer. Rename note items, combine notes, and organize nested content without a strict automatic sort order.

PDF and PPTX attachments can be opened for preview, and supported documents can be used with Draw and Highlight. Page numbers and pinch-to-zoom make longer documents easier to follow. If a note contains only one audio recording, it can be shared as an audio file instead of being converted into a PDF.

CAPTURE CARD-STYLE DOCUMENTS

Use the Cards feature for convenient front-and-back card capture. Photograph or import each side and keep the result with your other NoteScanner documents. It is a quick way to create a digital copy of a two-sided card-style document.

SHARE AND EXPORT WITH CONTROL

When your document is ready, share it directly from NoteScanner while keeping the PDF's chosen file name. Export PDF pages as images when that format is more convenient, or share a single-audio NotePad note as an audio file. This makes it easier to move finished work into email, messaging, learning platforms, or other apps without changing your document workflow.
