Doesn't work, just beeps until the wifi is unplugged.

App does not work and terrible support experience from South Bay Int(member mark Premier "MMKD" queen adjustable bed)manual and South Bay 'support' says to download this app and instructions say to hold up and down foot buttons until a beep is heard,that never happens. SB said to open BT settings and select Base.xxx which I did too,yet I get an error saying an app is needed. SB "manager" said if it doesn't work,"wait for an update"and said he has no way to provide feedback to the app developer
