This app provides employees with access to their group benefits and an interactive wellness program.

The wellness program integrates with Health Connect to securely read activity, sleep, and body metrics to power team-based health challenges.

Participants can compete in challenges based on steps, active calories burned, exercise sessions, cycling performance, floors climbed, and sleep tracking. Health metrics such as height and weight are used to personalize activity insights and ensure fair competition scoring.
