The Wellspring App helps your team build healthier habits together—at work and beyond.

Whether you’re logging a run, joining a company challenge, or taking five minutes for gratitude, Wellspring brings workplace wellbeing into one app your organisation can actually use.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Log activities — running, walking, cycling, gym, swimming, focus sessions, breathing exercises, and more
• Join team challenges — compete or collaborate with colleagues on goals your company sets
• Earn Wellspring Points (WP) — get recognised for meaningful effort
• Level up — track long-term progress with levels and XP from the activities you already do
• Redeem rewards — spend WP on vouchers and perks your employer adds to the rewards catalogue
• Gratitude & reflection — journal entries and daily questions to support mental wellbeing
• Community — share posts and support teammates in your company feed
• Leaderboards — see how you and your team are doing (when your company enables them)
• Push notifications — reminders for challenges, wellness tips, and updates from your organisation

HEALTH CONNECT (OPTIONAL)

If you choose to connect Health Connect in Settings, Wellspring can import workout sessions from apps and devices you already use (for example Samsung Health, Google Fit, or a wearable).

We read only what’s needed to log those workouts in Wellspring:

• Exercise sessions — activity type, start and end time, and duration
• Distance — for activities like running, walking, cycling, and hiking (shown on your activity and used in distance-based company challenges)
• Calories burned — total energy for each synced workout session

Health Connect is optional. You can log activities manually or with in-app GPS instead. We only sync workouts after you connect—past workouts are not imported. Health data is read-only; we don’t use it for advertising or sell it to third parties. You can disconnect anytime in Settings.

BUILT FOR ORGANISATIONS

Wellspring is a B2B employee wellbeing platform. Your employer provisions access—sign in with the account your company gives you, complete onboarding, and you’re ready to go. Available features and rewards vary by company.

PRIVACY & CONTROL

• Location is used only when you start an outdoor activity that needs GPS tracking
• Health data is read only with your permission—we don’t sell your data or use it for advertising
• You can manage notification and Health Connect permissions in your device settings at any time
