Let me add, they also need you to fill up a form before they can refund the amount. OTP is a hit or miss. Just a simple withdrawal will take ages since the wallet is separate from the ATM card. Edit: Still ni news in fixing their app. Funds held for no reason. Almost 3mos now with no outcome.

I used this to pay for grab food, and there has been an error in which I need to submit a form to able to refund my money. They keep on escalating, re-escalating my issue and I just got tired from always reminding them for a refund. Until now they weren't able to get back to me. I made a report last April 2023, I don't know where my money went. It's so frustrating to be honest. Couldn't log in naman today 🤦🏻‍♀️

Went back and forth with their customer service. Everyday they assured me they would email for updates. And everyday there wasn't any. I ended up locked out from any transactions for an entire week. Fast forward to August and now they have another issue; something with their partner bank. Now everyone has been locked out from any transactions.

And still now they can't solve the bugs on their system. When can we use your app? 2023-05-13	Re*****	OTPs can't be received on time. Transferring money from my Salpay Wallet to Salpay Card was a total waste of time. I've transferred my whole paycheck for this cut off and unfortunately, the amount is not reflecting on the Salpay card. This is really frustrating. No respond from the chat support via app. Is this regulated by the BSP?

WASTES your TIME, patience, and restricts you from withdrawing and transferring your cash on time. To the developers, don't upgrade! Just please disappear from the public consumption. Transaction fee too expensive too!

It's been more than once that I have troubles withdrawing funds because merely transferring funds in their own platform ( wallet to card) they are having a problem. (The amount did not reflect).😒 The last time I neede to wait 5 days to get the amount. This time, I hope I get the funds immediately.

I can receive codes from other apps but not from this useless app. Keeps blaming my phone and sim tobe the issue when it's clearly their system's issue. Been talking for them for four hours and my issue hasn't been resolved. What a complete waste of time.
