Using your SALPay Card

If you wish to use your SALPay card to access ATM’s (Cash), make online purchase, you will need to ensure you have transferred money from your wallet to your SALPay Card. Transfer is made easy by using your SALPay App and is instantaneous.

To keep your money secure, we recommend that you only place money on your SALPay card when you need it. That’s keeping your hard-earned money secure!

Unable to access all the features (Pay Bills, Buy Load, etc.) for a month now. I used the support chat last month and they said there was an ongoing issue. No progress until now and support chart is no longer working. Good job.

They work just like a normal bank is so not really worth it. Imagine waiting 2 months just for a few hundred bucks? Let me add, they also need you to fill up a form before they can refund the amount. OTP is a hit or miss. Just a simple withdrawal will take ages since the wallet is separate from the ATM card. Edit: Still ni news in fixing their app. Funds held for no reason. Almost 3mos now with no outcome.

this app was very convenient before, I don't know what happened. I used this to pay for grab food, and there has been an error in which I need to submit a form to able to refund my money. They keep on escalating, re-escalating my issue and I just got tired from always reminding them for a refund. Until now they weren't able to get back to me. I made a report last April 2023, I don't know where my money went. It's so frustrating to be honest. Couldn't log in naman today 🤦🏻‍♀️
