There seems to be an issue on my Samsung Galaxy 9. Anytime I use the docu scribe app my phone is stuck in "in call" mode . So whenever I try to control the volume for media it says "in call volume" even though I'm no longer in a call and I close the app. This happens every time I use the app I get stuck "in call" mode.

Mobile app forcing update, not allowing to bypass, but at play store site, only button to push says 'installed , no other command. Nothing happens and return to website returns to update block. No go. Box says installed. Clicking on it takes me play store login but after i log in, it says ok in green box and goes back to app.
