difficult not navigate, link kids to parent accounts. completely logged our kids out of their apps and kids couldn't get back into their accounts. 1 kid was able to recover using my husband's login and my daughter wasn't able to login at all after several days and tried. luckily she only had 17 minutes drive time so I had her delete & recreate a new account with an entirely different email address. very frustrating. idk if there was some big migration, but more detailed instruction are needed

This app was bad a few years ago when my oldest had it. Now it's even worse for my 2nd kid. We are getting a different app and will just have to manually transfer the logs. Adding: I now have to log in every time. I'm also not comfortable with Road Ready requiring me to share my location & motion sensors "to accurately track the route, speed, and behaviors". Why does the app need to know our route? We downloaded a different app that has been working fine.
