Squatch Lift

Squatch Lift is a workout tracker built for the gym floor, not for a spreadsheet. Log a set in a couple of taps, watch your strength actually move, and get on with your session.

FAST SET LOGGING
Weight, reps, done. Your last workout for each exercise prefills automatically, shown as a PREV hint you can adopt with one tap — so repeating or beating last week takes seconds. Prefilled numbers never count until you tick the set off.

PERSONAL RECORDS AS THEY HAPPEN
Beat your best and the record badge appears mid-workout, right on the set. Every all-time best is kept on the Progress tab.

BUILT-IN EXERCISE LIBRARY
130+ exercises covering free weights, machines, bodyweight and cardio — plus your own custom movements. Every one comes with a form guide: what it works, how to do it, and the mistakes to avoid.

ROUTINES THAT MATCH HOW YOU TRAIN
Standard split days (Arm, Chest, Back, Leg and more), beginner plans if you are starting out, and a builder for your own routines — Chest and Tris, Back and Bis, whatever you actually run.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Squatch Lift has no servers of its own and no account to create. Your workouts, measurements and photos are stored in a database on your device and are never transmitted. The app's only network use is Google Play checking whether your subscription is active.

Your first three workouts are free, with no account and no card. After that Squatch Lift Pro unlocks unlimited logging. Cancel any time in your Google Play account settings.
