My Breathing Method is a guided breathing app made exclusively for Wear OS smartwatches. Practice 19 breathing techniques while visualizing their effects through changes in heart rate. On stressful days, sleepless nights, or focused mornings, you can start the right breathing method for the moment with just a glance at your watch.

■ Quantify results with heart rate

The app automatically measures your heart rate before and after each session and shows the result as a score. Instead of ending with “that felt nice,” you can see in numbers how much your heart rate settled, making it easier to stay motivated.

After each session, you receive a score (up to 150) plus feedback such as “Excellent” or “Very Good.” Every record is saved to your history so you can track daily changes over time.
