2024-06-21	Un*****	This app is a great concept with terrible execution. There is no history, there are no statuses, it doesn't inform you when there's a refill ready to pick up. And as of the latest update, the barcode scanner does not work at all. It feels like a demo from the dawn of mobile apps, not a modern day complete app.

2023-12-18	Ji*****	More like a proof of concept than a complete application. Does the bare minimum to send the request and that's it. Previous requests are not listed anywhere, so there's no way to know if it was actually received. It does at least save your chosen pharmacy, but that's the only ammenity.

2023-11-21	S *****	This app is not what it should be. I hate not having the ability to remove old proscriptions without calling the pharmacy. The barcode scanner for refills has never worked for me in 4 yrs. It's down a lot at night when I try to check my refills. It also doesn't alert me all the time when things are ready or in need of refill. I love my hometown pharmacy much better than the national brands. I wish they would get this app updated to this century.

2023-10-20	St*****	"There was an error scanning the barcode" every single time. My hand is not steady. It takes a long time to scan the barcode. When it does scan the barcode it pops the above error. No notification when meds are filled. I have to resend the number, it will pop back and tell me if it has been filled. The other option I have is to call the pharmacy and waist my time and theirs. It makes me want to go back to Walgreens. It's disheartening . I like my little independent pharmacy.

There is no provision for you to come back. There is no display of the status of prescriptions you have submitted for refill. They need to complete the product!

2023-05-05	Ha*****	Last update ruined the process. When you hit the scan button the app crashes. Does it on my phone and my wife's, both of them Motorola One 5g Ace UW. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall but no good there either. We need an option to be able to roll back to the last working version of apps on the Play Store without having to search around the internet and possibly download harmful versions that have been hacked for nefarious purposes.

2023-04-24	An*****	Wish I could make it a half star. As af last week, this app basically crashed and burned. Won't scan anymore (just crashes and returns you go your phone home page) and doesn't send the manually entered info, either. I'm back to calling my pharmacy for refills. Not a helpful app at all. Have deleted and will return to non-tech way to refill. 😡

2023-04-24	Do*****	Like many others, the app was working great until recently when it crashes every time you try scanning the barcode for your prescription, which renders the app useless on my Samsung Galaxy S22 running Android version 13.

2023-04-21	Re*****	I have really enjoyed using this app. It is very convenient and simple to use. EXCEPT until the past month, when it refuses to scan anything but closes immediately when I try to scan. The app is currently useless. Please fix the bug!
