Users repeatedly report price changes and hidden fees at checkout, with pricing varying by payment method. Customer support is often non-responsive or hard to reach, causing delays or unresolved issues. Refunds and flight changes are commonly mishandled, with long waits or voucher-only options. The app/website can be unusable and contact details unreliable. There are also serious accusations of fraudulent behavior. A minority of reviews praise easy ticket booking and some positive app impressions, but overall sentiment is heavily negative.
Think twice before using services of Rumbo. I bought tickets via Rumbo, my flight was cancelled and now it's been more than 2 months I am trying to get my money back. the air company says since we bought in Rumbo, it's for them to reimburse. And Rumbo doesn't care at all . summer holidays for all the family are lost
OK
Their service is not very great. Many times they add hidden fees as a result charge extra money while booking tickets.
took money out of my account, got no email, I dont even know what I paid for , cant find where to get in contact , phone number is useless telling you to go to the message part when there is nobody there to talk to . impossible to get anything sorted . I think this is a scam
compañía lamentable, no se hacen cargo de la devolucion total de los billetes de avión aun teniendo el problema ellos, os recomiendo que no reserveis nada con esta compañia
Spams you with unsolicited notification ads. Otherwise good.
A global view of weekly prices would be highly appreciated.
Big thief asking for specific credit card (dinner card ) to give you the price that you had found online or else you have to pay more if you pay with another card 😲😲🤔🤔😔😔
Big thief , you got a less fare ticket then you are directed to rumbo, then it says if you pay with dinner card you have this fare if you pay with credit or debit card then the ticket becomes too high to pay Where I will bring this dinner card
Never Book your flight with them, They will show you a different price and when you click for payment this will be changed to aother value, stay away if you do not want to be feel like a scammed
