Al momento de posponer el vuelo, aunque te brindan la opción y te dicen que tiene un costo asociado, se vuelve imposible, básicamente te recomiendan cancelar la reserva y volverla a realizar, costando mucho más que con la propia aerolínea

El app no funciona como debe ser. Anda muy lento en horas pico. Limita a tarjeta de credito el cambio de pasajes, el sistema de soporte utiliza inteligencia artificial y no entiende bien cuando queres pedir que te contacte con un humano real. Me harte de insistirle que necesito ayuda de un humano. El diseño deberia tener la posibilidad de contactar un humano sin obligarte a primero hablar con la IA. Me convencieron las reseñas positivas pero mi experiencia fue mala. Para mi estan compradas.
