RoxSIM is a race simulation and performance tracking app for HYROX and DEKA athletes.

The app is designed to simulate structured race-style workouts and competitions by tracking time, pacing, transitions, and effort levels during training or simulated race sessions. RoxSIM helps athletes understand whether they are performing workouts at a true race effort rather than simply completing movements.

RoxSIM uses heart rate data only during active workout sessions to verify that the user is physically exercising during a simulation or competition-style workout. This prevents inaccurate or incomplete sessions (for example, starting a simulation without actually training).

RoxSIM does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or monitor health outside of workouts. All data is used strictly for fitness performance simulation and training analysis.
