2025-01-23	Br*****	I downloaded the Android app & created an account. I tried to take the 2000m sprint test & was directed to a subscription page. I chose the monthly option (with a 30 day free trial) & clicked the Upgrade button. The app gave me a msg that the upgrade failed, yet I got a subscription receipt email from Google. When I closed the app, re-opened, & tried again to do the 2000m sprint test, I was again directed to the subscription page. Now when I try to upgrade, nothing happens. I can't use this app!

2025-01-08	Ti*****	App is dog water. Subscribed, still can't access workouts. Kept getting charges. Finally managed to resubscribe, payment went through my wallet, still can't access login. Removed account, tried to recreate account with a new email app says both email address are invalid. Have initiated a dispute on the charges.

2024-04-26	Za*****	I cancelled this app back in January and have been getting charged every month since. Their customer support has been unresponsive, both for the two years I used the app, and now after the fact.

2024-01-07	Ti*****	Really enjoying this app since October. Not done much rowing before. Do the initial conditioning workouts, then the bench mark 2000m. All workouts are based on your initial perfomance of 2000m row. There are four areas of perfomance measured. I'm working on my lowest % performance are each month and testing again at the end of the month. Then at the end of each quater running all the tests again to find the weakest performance areas. Support for the app could do with being more formalised

2022-06-15	De*****	Really enjoy the workouts and tracking but the app has frozen on me several times now, meaning I lose my progress mid workout. I wouldn't mind too much but I have sent two emails so far to the devs and haven't gotten any kind of acknowledgement of receipt much less a response.
