2023-05-03	Ce*****	Just the fact that they had to go out a pay for an app to be made to diagnose issues tells you... there are countless issues on their network, they then attempt to use the feedback from the app to make it "your fault" , in my case ... my smart bulbs are the reason I get at best 50% of my INCOMING line speed
