Apex Pulse

Apex Pulse is a minimalist workout tracking application for logging exercise sets, managing rest periods, and reviewing session analytics.

FEATURES THAT ACTUALLY EXIST IN THIS APP:

• Exercise Set Logging
- Add individual exercise sets with exercise name, reps, and weight
- Input fields for exercise name (text), reps (number), and weight in kg (number)
- Default values ​​provided for quick entry (Bench Press, 10 reps, 60kg)
- Sets accumulate in current session until completed

• Rest Timer
- Countdown timer for rest periods between sets
- Start 60-second rest timer with one tap
-Stop rest timer manually when ready
- Visual countdown display showing remaining seconds
- Timer changes color when active

• Session Management
- View total sets count for current session
- Tap total sets tile to see full session summary dialog
- Session feed shows all logged sets in scrollable list
- Each set displays exercise, reps, and weight
- Finish button to complete and save the session
- Sessions saved to history only when explicitly completed

-Shows the most recent exercise logged
- Tap to view detailed set information in dialog

- View history of completed workout sessions
- Each session shows date completed
- Total volume calculated (reps × weight) per session
