RoomReady is the phone app hotel maintenance and housekeeping teams use to check rooms, report faults, and close jobs — so a problem is found by staff, not by a guest.

YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR HOTEL

There is no sign-up in this app. Your manager creates your account and gives you a temporary password, which you replace the first time you sign in. If your hotel does not use RoomReady yet, visit roomready.my.

CHECK A ROOM IN UNDER A MINUTE

Scan the QR code on the room door, or open the room from your job list. Work down the checklist — bathroom, air-conditioning, lighting, linen, minibar — and mark each line good or faulty with one tap. Submit, and the room's status updates for everyone at once.

REPORT A FAULT WITH THE EVIDENCE

Anything you mark faulty becomes a job, filed against the right room and the right trade, with your note and a photo attached. No paper, no group chat, no "which room was it again".

SEE ONLY THE WORK THAT IS YOURS

Your job list shows what is assigned to you and how long it has been waiting. Open a job to start work, add a note, attach a photo, and mark it fixed. Jobs you reported but someone else owns stay visible, so you know when they are done.

WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOES NOT

Lift lobbies and basements are where signal dies and where faults get found. Checklists, photos and reports are saved on your phone and sent the moment you are back online.

TELLS YOU WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS YOU

A new job assigned to you arrives as a notification, even with the app closed. Urgent check-out inspections are marked so you can see which room the front desk is waiting on.

FOR MANAGERS

The manager portal at roomready.my shows every room's status, who is on shift, response times, and a full history of what was found and fixed. Room QR codes are generated and printed from there.
