TGO Room is an application that allows room inspection via a cloud-based electronic checklist.
The selection of Yes or No for each checklist item, allows staff to report issues identified, by taking a photograph and commenting before submission. Email notifications according to service type maintenance or housekeeping allow management to have a real-time view of issues reported by staff. In-app and Online viewing of reported issues and room status available in real-time.
In-app functionality to mark reported issues as resolved by taking a photograph and/or commenting on the checklist item with an issue.
