Attention

"Attention" is an Android app designed to combat mindless scrolling by temporarily blocking access to distracting apps. It provides users with a brief pause before opening these apps, giving them a chance to reflect on their time usage. By delaying instant gratification, Attention helps train you to break free from habitual app usage and fosters more intentional engagement with your phone. If you're looking to increase your productivity and spend more time on activities you love, this app is the perfect solution.
